Videoconference Terms & Conditions
Cancellations must be made by telephone and within our office hours 0730-1800 (UK time – Mon-Fri). Notifications by email may not be processed in time to avoid incurring charges. Notification period relates to UK Business days, Monday to Friday. Saturday & Sunday are not included in the notification period.
- Under 24 hours: Scheduling fee + 100% charges
- 24-48 hours: Scheduling fee + 50% charges
- Over 48 hours: Scheduling fee only
Notification periods relate to the local time at the booked facility. Due to International time differences, if the booking is cancelled when the facility is closed, the notification period may apply from when it opens.
Meeting Rooms Terms & Conditions
- Less than 3 months 100% charges
- More than 3 months No charges
- NB: Cancellation charges include all room hire costs and also the costs for any additional services (such as catering or refreshments) or equipment requested.
