Pricing: Our as hoc laptop connection services are now priced at the reduced rate of £50.00 per hour & £250.00 per day.
We also offer monthly / yearly subscriptions for the use of our software VC Lounge, you can choose to setup the meetings yourself or use our bookings team to book them for you.

The lounge can be accessed from any standards-based video device. If needed to join from a phone, we support international dial-in numbers in multiple countries. We have also enabled you to call in from Microsoft Skype for Business (Lync) and Skype for consumer. You can also use WebRTC also known as web browser based videoconferencing, enabling you to connect into the meeting using simply your browser without having to install any clients.
A UNIQUE ADDRESS FOR THE LOUNGE
This will be your personal virtual meeting place’s address. It has been set up like an email address, so it’s easy to remember and share with your contacts.
SMART AND SECURE ACCESS
As owner of a personal virtual meeting place you can control who can access your lounge, by creating a guest and a host pin and you have the ability to lock the meeting for additional security.
PERSONAL MEETING CONTROL
Users can log into their personal virtual meeting place from their PC or mobile device and do live
management and control of the meeting. This includes features like invite, add, remove or mute participants as well as the ability to set up security preferences.
VCLounge comes standard with 10*5 CET Business to- Business support with access to the
VisionsConnected support desk via email, phone and videoconferencing. And can be upgraded to 24*5 or 24*7 Business-to-Business support.
